These one-to-one sessions give you the perfect opportunity to find depth in your practice.
Whether it's breathing awareness and techniques, mind-body connection, strength and flexibility, pain management, improving your mental health, moving with greater freedom, or finally conquering inversions, a focused practice will help you achieve your required goals.
These sessions give us the chance to get to know each other better and have a clearer path towards your personal goals. It's a special bond that private students enjoy immensely as the work is deeper than in a group setting.
The classes also allow for flexibility in timing and class length according to your schedule. In my yoga loft I can accommodate one or two people so you can also enjoy the classes with a friend.
